Responsibilities:

  • Deal directly with the Managing Partners
  • Review weekly and monthly reports from management 
  • Assist with creating budgets
  • Compare financial reports to budgets to ensure goals are being met
  • Weekly calls with property management teams to ensure occupancy, collections, and expense projections are in line with actuals
  • Administrative support to Director of Asset Management

  • Is a strong communicator
  • Has strong analytical/math skills
  • Embraces problem-solving and learning new skills
