General Maintenance Worker

International Support Group (ISG) is looking for a General Maintenance Worker (GMW) to join its. Candiate must have general knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance work.
REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE
- Must have general knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance work.
- Ability to QC completed jobs
- HVAC/EPA & Technician license a plus
- Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as, but not limited to safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform preventative maintenance as required, in the gym, on kitchen equipment, cleaning of gutters, fire and light inspections, and performing general maintenance repairs as needed.
- Conduct Quality Control Checks for our in-house PMs, especially HVAC.
- Conduct Quality Control Checks for our subcontractor's completed work.
- Must understand the approved scope of work and ensure that the scope of work is completed to ISG's quality standards.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have prior experience in general maintenance, especially relating to HVAC.
- GED or High School diploma preferred
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to pass Federal background check.
- Must have a clean driving record
- Must be able to write and read to interpret written manuals and directives
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
