Job DescriptionJob Description

v  A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Technical, Management Information Systems, Science, Mathematics, Business or experience in lieu of degree preferable in mathematics or statistics.

v  A minimum of eight years’ experience in the oil and gas industry is required, preferably within the Mid-stream pipeline operating industry.

v  Demonstrated analytical capability in previous positions.

v  Applies engineering risk assessment principles toward integrated, data-driven, and quantified safety, Integrity and reliability assessments.

v  Requires the ability to analyze complex problems, interpret operational needs, manage systems/processes, and develop integrated, creative solutions to pipeline risks impacting integrity, reliability and/or compliance.

v  Working knowledge of Federal and State pipeline regulations including Integrity Management regulations. Ability to effectively manage priorities while working with various types of people.

v  Self-motivated and self-directed individual with good communication and computer skills.

v  Strong technical, interpersonal, organizational, written and verbal communication skills to interact with both internal and external stakeholders, locally and across the organization.

v  Ability to evaluate system requirements and ensure subsystem designs fulfill the functional, performance, safety and regulatory needs.

v  Ability to effectively work independently or in a team environment, use evaluation techniques, process information and guide technical solutions, and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.

v  Good spreadsheet, database and word processing applications knowledge; advanced interpersonal, time-management, organizational, project planning and management skills; demonstrated competency in the execution of multiple projects.

v  Working knowledge of design, construction and operation of hydrocarbon facilities.

v  Advanced reading and writing skills, with the ability to perform complex mathematical calculations.
