A manufacturing company in Northwest Houston is seeking a High Reach Forklift Operator. The ideal candidate must be organized, detail-oriented, and be proficient operating standup and sit-down forklifts. You must have the ability to move bundles of materials 12-14’ wide up on 20-30 feet high racks. Additional duties include maintaining inventory and other warehouse tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly
  • Experience with standup forklifts (Raymond experience preferred)
  • Experience with sitdown forklifts
  • Move 12-14’ wide bundles around the warehouse and stack up on 20-30’ high racks
  • Experience loading / unloading materials from trucks
  • Ability to lift/push/carry items up to 50 lbs
  • Capability to stand and walk for extended periods

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect items for quality and report any discrepancies
  • Safely operate the forklift
  • Ensure that products are put in their proper place
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Adhere to safety protocols and company policies
