Title: Repair Station Supervisor

Full Time: Exempt

Location: Addison, TX

Reports To: Repair Station Manager

Required Education and Experience:

  • Must have a minimum of 10 years of aerospace experience, preferably in a part 145 environment.
  • Preferable to have a minimum of 5 years supervisory experience.
  • Technical and FAA Compliance Understanding is required.
  • Must have an A & P License or be eligible for FAA Repairman’s Certificate

Primary Duties:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day operational oversight of the AQRD 145 Production and Evaluation Teams and FAA repair station operations.
  • Provide guidance and function in line with overall strategic objectives.
  • Responsible for the entire FAA Part 145 organization budget.
  • Responsible for supervising day to day aircraft and component inputs into the repair station meeting customer required timelines and quality requirements.
  • Responsible for supporting customer AOG and after normal hours support.
  • Responsible for evaluating new business opportunities to determine feasibility and how they fit with current capabilities.
  • Responsible for team culture and growth that align with AQRD core values.

  • The successful candidate will have exceptional communication skills, teamwork ability, and a drive/passion for the Aerospace industry.
  • Able to work as a team member, highly organized, work well under pressure and handle multiple priorities. Must possess interpersonal and communication skills to interact with other people inside and outside the company.
  • Must be self-motivated, conscientious and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a high timeline pressure environment.
  • Must be able to adapt and find solutions to the day-to day challenges.
  • Sound judgment, thoroughness and accuracy are expected and required.
  • Responsible for providing overall focus for the AQRD 145 Team and repair station to ensure the processes developed and implemented support the long-term goals for the entire organization.
  • Responsible for operations of the repair station including FAA compliance, airworthiness, safety, and certification.
