HVAC SERVICE TECH WANTED

COMPENSATION
*** $25-35 Starting pay based on experience & skill levels
*** High dollar bonuses paid weekly

Bonuses for items sold:
After Hours service call, coil cleanings, IAQ products, duct cleanings, units, thermostat, maintenance plan, surge protector, blower cleanings, customer praise, google rating, duct system, and more.

Must have valid driver's license.
Must have at least 5 years field experience.

27 year local HVAC company has immediate openings for diagnosing, repairs, and maintenance for well established company doing primarily residential systems with some light commercial. Openings for installers also. Hybrid techs/installers are of special value and make the most money. Substantial bonuses for installing equipment ($100-$200 for air handlers, $50-$100 for condensers) in addition to hourly pay. Significant bonuses for zero pressure sales of add on procedures during service calls. Rotating on call shifts during the week, NO week long on call shifts. Weekend call shifts are staggered. Example: tech 1 is 8-3, tech 2 is 11-7, tech 3 is 4-rest of night) so you don't burn out. Delayed start time for weekday 'on call' tech means you have the option to come in at 3pm. $15 bonus for every call after 5pm on weekdays. We provide a company vehicle for business use, a cell phone and tablet or use your phone with a pro rated reimbursement. Must have at least 7 years field experience and hold a current EPA license. Must uphold company standards for quality, honesty, reliability. On call shifts required. We're typically running 6-8 techs so on call shifts are spread out. We go out of our way to provide a schedule that eliminates stress and fatigue. Must be efficient and personable, receptive to training, be a team player and focus on exceeding customer satisfaction.
