A good work ethic is a must. Either 3+ years as a field technician or as a hvac maintenance tech required.

Your schedule would be Monday-Friday, 8am- 5pm. If you're interested in becoming a full technician or want to incorporate repairs in as well, that is available to you. 

We are looking for an experienced hvac maintenance technician for mostly residential and light commercial equipment. No large capacity equipment experience necessary. 99% of the maintenance is for residential models. Must be exceptionally personable, relatable, good verbal skills, with an industry knowledge sufficient to answer client questions and explain things proficiently. You must be considerate to the client/company relationship and respect the delicate nature of being in someone's home or business. We are a low pressure sales company. We offer recommendations, options, and choices. Skills in sales is necessary. We don't scare our clients to make sales. Being a maintenance technician is an important role in representing a long standing local company of integrity, honesty, and professionalism.
