We are seeking a Leasing Agent to join our growing team You will handle all real estate activities and transactions on behalf of the clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist property manager on all facets of property management
  • Work with maintenance team to ensure rent ready units
  • Host resident events and tour prospects
  • Prepare lease agreements, credit review and marketing of property
  • Educate prospects and residents of property amenities and procedures
  • Verify and disclose property facts to prospective renters

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in real estate, property management, or other related fields
  • Familiarity with fair housing and lease agreements
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and residents
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
