Job Summary

BMA is seeking a Senior Military Analyst/ Project Manager to join our team in Fort Leonard Wood, MO. 

Duties: 

  • Provide C-IED and EH subject matter expertise

  • Review, analyze, provide recommendations

  • Develop course(s) of action (COA) to integrate Counter-Improvised Explosive Device (C-IED) and Explosive Hazard (EH) DOTMLPF considerations across the Warfighting Functions (WfF) supporting the Army of 2035.

Clearance Requirements

There is a Secret security clearance requirement for this position.

Essential functions/ PWS Requirement

  • Review, analyze, provide supporting documents, make recommendations, review and provide written assessments on C-IED and EH materiel and non-materiel processes, concepts, and strategies for the following:

    • C-IED and EH Materiel and Non-Materiel processes, concepts, and strategies

    • C-IED and EH related documents

    • C-IED and EH Capability Gap Assessments

    • C-IED and EH Doctrine Review

Required Skills, Qualifications & Certifications

  • Master’s degree and 3 years of specialized experience or;

  • Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of specialized experience or;

  • 10 years of specialized experience

  • Specialized experience is in one or more of following areas (Intelligence, Engineer, Operations Research/Systems Analysis, Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear (CBRN) including military experience relevant to the work required.
