Our fully equipped, self-contained mobile spa with state-of-the-art grooming equipment is designed to achieve maximum safety, comfort, and convenience. We are seeking a Pet Spa Groomer (full or part time) for our growing business. Our customer base is growing every day with over 90 recurring customers and counting.
Responsibilities:
• Groom pets according to breed or mixed breed specifications and in accordance with Woofie’s standards
• Protect pets and self by adhering to safety policies and following procedure in the event of a pet medical emergency
• Maintain pet records by documenting services and updating information
• Clean, sanitize, all equipment to maintain a safe working environment.
• Resolve customer issues by communicating directly with client and promptly following up with the back-office team
• Complete clerical, supply, cleaning, and any other tasks as assigned by the Mobile Pet Spa Director or Owners of Company
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of pet grooming experience
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have valid driver’s license with good driving record
• Excellent customer service experience is a plus
Pay
• 30-38% commission plus administration time (average ticket $116-average weekly tips $158)
• Additional income opportunities through pet sitting & walking.
• 1-3% commission applied to PTO/Health Reimbursement Plan
• Profit Sharing Plan
