Versatile? Sometimes you will be hand-selling a customer a bottle of wine, next, you may be asked to set up a display of a new product, then you might need to work our artisan deli and prepare some cheese for your customer. Job Responsibilities & Expectations (varies by Position)

Welcome customers and provide the highest level of service. Identify and deliver their needs.

Recommend products to customers, based on their needs and interests.

Complete all sales transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining proper cash and media accountability at registers.

Maintain clean and orderly the store.

Process and replenish merchandise; participate in receiving and monitoring floor stock.

Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and practices, including merchandising, pricing, and loss prevention and safety standards.

Excellent customer service skills to develop a relationship-selling culture.

A passion for wine, spirits, beer, and gourmet foods.

Cross and up-selling for all product categories.

Strong interpersonal communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-moving and dynamic environment.

Team player.

Required Education and Experience

Must be over 21 years of age.

High School diploma/Associates degree or equivalent.

Previous sales and customer service experience.
