The growth of our company can be attributed to our employees knowledge, skill and commitment to providing outstanding patient care and customer service.

The ideal applicant will have experience working for a medical facility as the front desk receptionist or patient coordinator. This applicant will also be comfortable working directly with patients, greeting them to the facility, collecting patient information and answering basic questions. It is important that any interested applicants are comfortable working closely with individuals who have a substance abuse problem, possible criminal records, etc. and able to treat each person with dignity.

The Front Desk Receptionist plays a vital role within the organization. You will most likely be the first person the incoming patient will meet. Greet them in a friendly and professional manner and ensure they are comfortable and understand the process. Collect patient information, ID's, ensure appointments are made with appropriate medical staff, manage calendar, insurance verification, answer phones, provide exceptional customer service, follow up on billing or denied claims, etc. Data entry and other clerical duties as assigned.Responsibilities:
  • Evaluating the referral
  • Completing referral assessment
  • Verify that documentation is completed appropriately.
  • Data entry into system
  • Communicate with clinical team to confirm/deny admission
  • Office administration duties (making copies, jotting meeting minutes, and etc.) 
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Time management skills
  • Customer service experience (Preferred)
  • Great attention to detail
  • A willingness to learn
  • Great Attitude
  • Healthcare experience Preferred but not Required
  • Compassion for Clients in Substance Use Recovery
  • Experience and knowledge of Methasoft (Preferred not Required)
