Job DescriptionJob Description

We are currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks. We are looking for someone with some maintenance experience, but we are willing to send you to a maintenance course to get a certification. Pay is negotiable based on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion, including the rare after-hours emergencies
  • Estimate time and extent of repairs
  • Perform routine inspections of all properties and assist in daily up-keep
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance
  • Provide care, maintenance, and inventory of all tools, supplies, and equipment
  • Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary

Repairs can include drywall patching, minor appliance fixes, painting, replacing faucets, fixing toilets, moving furniture, and more.

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
  • Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
  • Some experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, et cetera strongly preferred
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Basic computer skills required
  • Must live within 30 miles of properties to participate in on-call duties (rare)
  • Active drivers license and reliable transportation
