Job Overview:

As a B2B Inside Sales Representative operating as a 1099 independent contractor, you will be responsible for driving revenue by selling products to new and existing customers through effective communication and relationship-building. The primary focus will be on reaching sales targets, cultivating leads, and providing exceptional customer service.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and lead generation to establish new B2B customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships to expand current revenues.
  • Analytics and reporting to ensure proper targeting and tracking.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 

Note: As a 1099 independent contractor, the individual is responsible for their own taxes, benefits, and business expenses. The compensation structure may be commission-based, and the contractor has the flexibility to work remotely and set their own hours. It's crucial to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations when hiring independent contractors.
