Accounts Payable Specialist (Temporary)

OVERVIEW

A fast-paced company in the Layton, Utah area is looking for a meticulous Temporary Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist to join our team during a period of growth. In this role, you'll play a key part in keeping our financial records accurate and ensuring smooth AP operations in a team-oriented environment.

·       Pay Rate: $24-26/hour

·       Location: Layton, Utah area (on-site)

·       Start Date: ASAP

·       Duration: 4+ weeks

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Process invoices promptly and accurately in the accounting system; align invoices with PO’s, receipts, etc.
  • Consistently and accurately enter data, reconcile accounts, and resolve discrepancies in balance sheet accounts, ensuring the integrity of our financial data.
  • Communicate effectively with other team members to support success of overall financial operations.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to self-manage time and priorities
  • Accounts Payable experience is a plus
  • Competent in accounting software (preferably QuickBooks).
