Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Handle administrative needs of Executive
  • Arrange conference calls and meetings
  • Communicate with customers​​​​
  • Receive visitors
  • Perform an array of other office tasks

​Qualifications:

  • Ability to work effectively in a high paced environment
  • Previous experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or in other related fields
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
