Key Responsibilities:

  1. Scheduling:

    • Help to create curriculum and types of dance offered.
    • Develop and manage class schedules, ensuring optimal use of studio space and instructor availability.
    • Coordinate with instructors to update schedules as needed and handle any class cancellations or changes.
    • Organize and oversee special events, workshops, and performance schedules.

  2. Staff Management:

    • Recruit, train, and supervise administrative staff.
    • Source dance instructors
    • Conduct regular staff meetings and performance evaluations.
    • Address staff concerns and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner

  3. Student Relations:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for students and parents, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
    • Handle enrollment, registration, and billing processes.

  4. Administrative Duties:

    • Maintain accurate records of class registrations, attendance, and payments.
    • Manage studio budget, including tracking expenses and processing invoices.
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the studio and attract new students

  5. Facility Management:

    • Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
    • Oversee equipment and supply inventory, making orders as needed.
    • Coordinate with maintenance personnel for any facility repairs or upgrades.

  6. Community Engagement:

    • Build and maintain relationships with local schools, organizations, and community groups.
    • Plan and execute community outreach programs and events to enhance the studio's presence and reputation.

We will offer a wide variety of dance classes including ballet, jazz, tap, contemporary, hip-hop, and more. Our classes will cater to all age groups, from toddlers to adults, and will be structured to accommodate both beginners and experienced dancers.
