• Creating and updating excel spreadsheets with spend activity.
• Must be proficient in Excel, ability to create spreadsheets, charts, pivot tables and look ups.
• Review Open POs and Unpaid expenses. Assist with identifying issues with vendors.
• Creating SOPs and documentation of Process with support of Finance Manager.
• Assist with various finance support tasks needed.
Some skills to look for:
• Proficient in MS Excel. Ability to create spreadsheets, charts and pivot tables.
• SAP experience a plus, not required.
