We are seeking a talented HR Director to join our dynamic team in the enterprise hospitality and software industry.

About the Role:
Join our dynamic team as the HR Director where you will serve as a pivotal leader, working closely with other senior leaders to develop and align human resources strategies with our corporate objectives. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who is adept at designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive HR strategies across a diverse and innovative enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with leadership to align human resources with organizational goals in areas such as staffing and employee retention.
  • Design and implement comprehensive HR strategies, policies, and training programs to support compliance and strategic objectives.
  • Oversee key HR functions including compensation, benefits, leave policies, conflict resolution, performance management, and workplace safety.
  • Proactively identify recruitment needs and develop effective hiring and talent management practices.
  • Analyze data from HR information systems to inform strategic decision-making and report organizational trends.
  • Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws; regularly update policies to reflect best practices and legal requirements.
  • Keep abreast of the latest developments in HR, talent management, and employment law to ensure the organization's practices remain current.
  • Manage the HR department's budget effectively.
  • Facilitate ongoing professional development and certification for HR personnel.
  • Undertake additional projects as needed to support the organization’s objectives.

Educational & Professional Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • At least five years of human resource management experience.
  • SHRM-CP certification is required; SHRM-SCP is highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and employees.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems.
