Job Title - Lab Tech Sr. - 3rd Shift

Shift Timings- 4 pm to 12:30 am

Location - 3650 West wind Boulevard, Santa Rosa, California 95403

Pay rate - $22.50/hr on w2 (without benefits)

Contract – 6+ Months of contract

Job Description

·         Bachelor's degree in chemistry or related field required. Previously lab experience preferred. What You'll Work On

·         Read, understand, and follow written Standard Operating Procedures

·         Correctly identify analyzed samples and verify the accuracy of sequence for each batch

·         Process acquired instrument data and generate appropriate reports • Conduct the first review of GC/MS and/or LC/MS/MS analytical data by each assay SOP

·         Transcribe or upload results to the LIS for final review and certification

·         Maintain proper and adequate Chain of Custody batch documentation

·         Communication with supervisors and prompt escalation of emerging challenges

·         Maintain and promote a safe healthful environment for self and co-workers Required Qualifications

·         A bachelor's degree in chemistry, analytical chemistry, or a related field

·         At least one year of experience working in an analytical lab.

·         The ability to work safely with biological specimens, chemicals, equipment, and instruments.
