CMM Programmer

Position Summary and Responsibilities:
- Program and operate Brown & Sharp Global Advantage CMM using PC-DMIS.
- Program and operate portable 7 Axis Romer arm with Verisurf.
- Perform model base inspection per digital product definitions and requirements.
- Perform mechanical inspections as required using manual inspection tools.
- Perform in process inspections as required on the shop floor.
- Strong surface plate knowledge layout inspection a must.
Qualifications:
- Must understand engineering drawings, GD&T, aerospace specifications and standards
- Must be familiar with and able to produce AS9102 Forms
- Must be able to use all standard measuring equipment
- Must have knowledge of AS9100D Quality System.
- 5 years minimum Aerospace Experience a must
- 3-5 years minimum experience with PC-DMIS a must
