At Ferla Bikes, we craft cutting-edge vending carts and bikes tailored for diverse markets. As we expand, we’re looking for a dedicated Commercial Assembler to join our vibrant team. This role demands precision, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for innovation in mechanical assembly.

Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Commercial Assembler, where you will construct complex components by aligning materials and connecting parts. This role is perfect for those who excel in translating technical schematics into finished products, ensuring functionality and high quality in every piece.

Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret  manuals, drawings, and schematics to understand assembly instructions.
  • Measure components accurately to ensure perfect fit and alignment.
  • Modify parts and components to meet engineering specifications.
  • Assemble parts into more complex systems while maintaining rigorous quality control standards.
  • Maintain detailed records of products and procedures.
  • Conduct routine maintenance on assembly equipment to prevent disruptions.
  • Report any issues with equipment or defective parts promptly.
  • Handle Quality Control processes for every product.
  • Work with refrigerator/freezer components and wiring. 
  • Assemble all electrical components in our carts and bikes. 
  • Build and Assemble Crates for shipping.
Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification from a technical school preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Assembler or similar role, with a strong track record in mechanical assembly.
  • Proficient in reading and understanding blueprints and schematics.
  • Skilled in using tools and machinery necessary for assembly.
  • Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination, with a focus on quality control.
  • Hvac and Electrical Experience a must.
  • Auto Mechanic or similar is preferred. 
  • E-Bike Experience is also preferred.
