Job Description:

Ferla Bikes, a leading manufacturer and provider of innovative and high-quality commercial vendor bikes, carts, and e-bikes, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Salesperson to join our team. As a Salesperson, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts and expanding our presence in the market. Your primary focus will be on selling our diverse range of products, including grill bikes, ice cream bikes, and regular vendor e-bikes, to businesses and entrepreneurs in the food and beverage industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and revenue goals for Ferla Bikes' commercial vendor bikes/carts.
  • Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and generating leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and online platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Present and demonstrate Ferla Bikes' products to potential clients, highlighting their features, benefits, and customization options.
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to provide insights and recommendations for product improvements and market positioning.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts in the CRM system Hubspot.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a B2B sales environment, preferably within the food and beverage industry or related sectors.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build relationships with diverse clientele.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to convey product value and benefits effectively.
  • Must know Hubspot CRM Software.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong sense of initiative.
  • Familiarity with e-bikes, bicycles, or related products is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
