WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a Community Manager to join our team at an affordable community in the San Diego, CA area. This position is Full-Time | Hourly | Monday through Friday - 9 am to 6 pm | Full Benefits.

Pay Range: $24.00 - $26.00 / Hour PLUS 100% Housing Included | 2 Bedroom 1.5 Bath Townhome Style.

  • You bring experience with affordable housing/tax credit properties
  • You bring a minimum of 2-3 years of experience managing an apartment community
  • You can perform professional-level leadership and customer service skills
  • You have prior knowledge and or experience in interior and exterior renovation
  • You are able to create and maintain financials, budgets, and reporting
  • You possess good communication skills both, verbal and written
  • You have a passion for helping others
  • You have a strong knowledge of MS Word, excel, and Outlook
  • You ideally have experience in Yardi and/or MRI
  • You have a valid driver’s license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage
