Location: Franklin Park
Pay: $19
Hours: Flexible - Daytime Hours
Type: Temp to Hire

Job Summary:
The Warehouse Check-In Clerk/Admin is responsible for managing the check-in process for incoming shipments,
ensuring that all items are accurately recorded, inspected, and stored in the appropriate locations. This role
requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-
paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
 Accurately check- in all incoming shipments by verifying the contents against packing slips and purchase
orders.
 Examine incoming goods for damage or discrepancies, reporting any issues to the Warehouse Manager.
 Record all received items in the inventory management system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date
records.
 Properly label and store received items in designated warehouse locations.
 Assist with regular inventory counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
 Maintain accurate and organized records of all received shipments and related documentation.
 Coordinate with the procurement team and suppliers regarding any issues with incoming shipments.
 Adhere to all warehouse safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
 Work collaboratively with other warehouse staff to ensure efficient operations and support other
warehouse functions as needed.
Skills:
 The position requires the use of standard warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and
computers.
 Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
 Proficient in data entry and inventory management systems.
 Excellent organizational and time management skills.
 Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
 Basic understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
Physical Requirements:
 Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds.
 Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
 Capability to work in varying temperatures within the warehouse.
 This role operates in a warehouse environment where the noise level can vary.
Qualifications:
 High school diploma or equivalent.
 Previous experience as warehouse check-in clerk in a warehouse or logistics environment
