Labor Solutions is seeking a Bilingual Food Production Packaging Lead. The Production packaging lead is responsible for overseeing the packaging process and ensure it runs smoothly. That includes tasks like operating the filling line, palletizing and labeling.

Pay: $18.00/hour (1st Shift)

         $18.50/hour (2nd shift trains on first 1-3 weeks)

Hours: 7:00 a.m. -3:30 p.m.  

           2:00 p.m. -10:00 p.m.   Monday-Saturday    ***Everyone gets Saturday and Sunday off***

 

Job description:

  • Packaged product makes it safely to the warehouse or distribution center.
  • working in a fast-paced and safe environment
  • Make sure employees follow company guidelines and procedures
  • Ensure standards of product quality, allergens, equipment and performance are maintained in order to maximize production
  • Work together with Plant supervisors to maintain a positive and respectful work environment

 

Qualifications:

  • Must have prior experience working in Food Manufacturing industry
  • Knowledge of FDA, USDA Food and safety regulations and labeling knowledge
  • Excellent Organizational skills
  • Ability to work in cold environment (32-37&degree;F)
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
