Job Description: Dreamland is seeking a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage outlets, including the bar and kitchen, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction, and leading a dedicated team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including the bar and kitchen.
  • Lead, train, and mentor a team of food and beverage staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Oversee hiring, training, and managing staff to ensure efficient operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Create and manage budgets, including labor costs, to achieve financial targets.
  • Handle guest complaints and ensure a positive resolution.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Work weekends.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage regulations and safety standards.
  • Experience with Pour My Beer is a plus, but not required.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Demonstrates integrity, is coachable, and is a strong manager.
