This is a contract/project based position. Working with tech-driven real estate investment firm, focusing on industrial real estate acquisitions and development.

Essentially we acquire ‘last mile’ (close to end consumer) warehouses and urban distribution centers in ~8 markets around the country, package them up into portfolios, and rent or sell the portfolios of properties to the Amazons, FedExes, UPS’s of the world.

Job Description:

-Excellent writing skills
-You will interview/meet our internal stakeholders, review our written policies & procedures / internal investment policies / disclosures on pitchbooks and marketing materials for potential investors, etc. Ensure they’re well-written, grammatically correct, not redundant, etc.
-Don’t need specific real estate or investment management experience, you will be a great listener w/ strong attention to detail who can help internal stakeholders write their team’s policies/procedures for internal/external publishing
-Open to someone on a part time basis or full time. 40 hours would be great. You can work 3, 4, or 5 days per week. You will be working in Hoboken, NJ.
