Schouest, Bamdas, Soshea, BenMaier and Eastham, PLLC is a rapidly growing defense firm with several offices throughout the U.S. We are looking for a Case Manager to assist one of our Partners located in our Houston office. Duties include but not limited to:
- Assist attorney with all aspects of case management, including docketing deadlines, billing, and providing reminders as necessary
- Oversee the case log to ensure information is up to date
- Manage emails for assigned attorney
- Work with assigned attorney to ensure deadlines are met
- Ensure work flows smoothly and efficiently
- Preparing various legal documents, including demands
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Previous experience as a case manager
- Proficiency with computers, telephone lines, and other related office equipment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- College degree or equivalent
