We are seeking an Admission Nurse RN to join our team You will be responsible for the assessment of clients, nursing diagnosis, and creation of nursing plans for patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Trivial to residents' home to complete assessments
  • Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients if needed
  • Diagnose and establish patient treatment plans
  • Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care
  • Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention
  • Maintain accurate patient medical records
  • Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members
  • RN will be responsible for preforming initial assessment for admissions into our care. the role requires driving to clients home to complete assessment. nurse will then have to communicate findings with manager and complete a nursing care plan. position is PRN/ part time. assessments usually take no longer than two hours to complete and Schuldes are very flexible. 

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in nursing 
  • Familiarity with charting and completing assessment 
  • Ability to build rapport with patients
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
