You will be working closely with clients, public adjusters, subcontractors, and homeowners, ensuring smooth operations and fostering a sense of teamwork. Your contribution will be an essential part of a team with unlimited earning potential, making you an integral part of our success.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Prepare and send Docusign documents for necessary project approvals.
- Order Skymeasure reports for projects after obtaining the required approvals.
- Coordinate and follow up with subcontractors to schedule estimates and ensure timely submissions.
- Review insurance reports to verify payment accuracy and adherence to estimates.
- Work with Production Control to generate material orders to be transmitted to suppliers.
- Coordinate scheduling with roofers for installation based on material availability and project timelines.
- Oversee the collection of leftover materials (LOM) after projects and return them to suppliers.
- Maintain effective communication with homeowners regarding payments and project balance.
- Contribute to project profitability by adhering to financial guidelines.
- Accurately communicate project details in CRM (will train).
This position requires self-motivation, strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills to ensure that projects run efficiently and to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to walk on uneven surfaces, such as roofs, and understand fall protection
- Must own a smartphone and laptop for accessing company websites, and apps, and taking photos
- Must be willing to travel to different job sites
This is a commission-based position.
