Fitness Studio Manager

The Exercise Coach® is a high-tech health and fitness franchise, with a unique approach to achieving results for our Clients... and we are coming to Newtown Square  We are looking for a full-time Studio Manager to oversee the operations of our private personal-training studio opening soon. 

Job Summary
As an ideal candidate, you must be customer service oriented, energetic, and passionate about good health and fitness. All employees will receive full training and must ultimately complete The Exercise Coach® certification. You will be paid for earning your certification and during training.  Other industry certifications (NASM, NSCA, ACM, etc.) are not required

You should be organized as well as a self-starter / independent operator. Most importantly you must care about people so you can develop employees and help clients transform their lives

Responsibilities & Duties  

  • Managing a team of coaches
  • Responsibility for studio operation and coach schedules
  • Develop Health & Fitness Programs for Clients
  • Tracking Client Progress and Holding them Accountable
  • Perform Fitness Evaluations
  • Provide Ongoing Health and Fitness Education
  • Client Acquisition - Lead Follow Up and Conducting Consultations – Your compensation is never commission-based so you are always paid for your time whether training clients or not.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Good Communication Skills 
  • Management Experience is a Plus but Experience does Not Need to be in the Fitness Industry
  • People Skills and Personality
  • Enthusiasm for Health and Fitness
