The Role
Assist our customers and check them in, provide customer service support and administrative support to the sales department.

What will you be doing at Tricolor?
- Greet walk-in customers, assist them with the check-in process. Ask about their needs in a professional manner to determine the nature of their visit.
- Receiving and routing incoming phone calls. Answer basic inquiries.
- Following up with customers in regards of application process, missing documentation, titles, and service needs.
- Assist the sales team with customers documentation and uploading in to the AutoMas system.
- Diplomatically handle customer complaints and refer them to the appropriate individual for resolution.
- Assist management with clerical duties.
This is the right opportunity for you, if you have…
- 1 to 3 years of Customer Service experience.
- Bilingual English / Spanish required.
- Outstanding Customer Service Skills, ability to handle customer requests to close a sale and escalated complains.
- Computer and technical skills. Comfortable to complete deal actions in the AutoMas system.
- Be able to work flexible, fulltime schedule, weekends and holidays.
