The Director of Capital Raising will develop and execute strategies to attract and retain accredited investors for the Bridger Fund (A joint venture with Slatt Capital). This role involves extensive networking, relationship management, and a deep understanding of investment products and the real estate market.  This job requires that you live in California and commute to one of Slatt's offices (2-3 days a week) in the Bay Area, West Los Angeles, or San Diego.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive capital-raising strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with accredited investors, wealth advisors, and family offices.
  • Present investment opportunities and fund information to investors in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Work closely with the fund managers and other team members to ensure that capital-raising activities align with the fund's goals and objectives.
  • Help develop marketing material and investor presentations to support capital raising effort
  • Stay informed of market trends and regulatory changes that may impact the fund or investment strategies.
  • Represent the Bridger Fund at industry events and conferences.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in capital raising in the real estate sector.
  • Strong network of contacts among accredited investors and commercial real estate community
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or CFA is a plus.
