Childcare Teacher Responsibilities:

  • Ensure children's safety and well-being.
  • Create a supportive, educational environment.
  • Uphold Magic Memories' core values.
  • Strengthen center culture and mentor staff.
  • Ensure site well-being, maintaining ratios and supervision.
  • Adhere to company policies and NAEYC Code of Ethics.
  • Plan educational experiences using storytelling, games, and activities.
  • Teach classroom rules and monitor developmental progress.

Childcare Teacher Requirements:

  • Associate, or Bachelor Degree in ECE requiered.
  • Minimum two years of Early Childhood Education experience.
  • Strong communication, teaching, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for making a difference in children's lives

About Us: Magic Memories is a preschool and child care center, dedicated to providing a loving, caring, and stimulating environment to support and guide all children along with emotional security, self-esteem, and social development with a loving staff in a warm, trusting, and home-like setting; serving in Chester Springs, Collegeville, Green Lane, Jeffersonville, Norristown, Phoenixville, Plymouth Meeting & Royersford, PA

Offered to Staff members at no charge to them, Vitable Health provides supplemental health benefits, which includes some primary, urgent and mental health, lab tests, and discount prescriptions. No copays or deductibles. This is not a replacement for health insurance. Vitable can also be used to supplement one’s health insurance.
