The Goddard School, located in Marshallton (between West Chester and Downingtown) Pa, a preschool/childcare center, is currently seeking a full-time toddler teacher to join our team Wed love experience with teaching in a classroom, but were also happy to help a great candidate just entering this field. Candidates will be selected based on their ability to engage children in a safe, nurturing and loving manner, as well as effectively communicate with co-teachers and families. Our teachers create engaging learning environments filled with opportunities to explore, discover, and create with their teachers right by their sides guiding their learning process Come work with a great team of teachers in a supportive environment where you are truly appreciated

Responsibilities:


  • Our teachers care and educate our children, while meeting the individual needs of each child.
  • Our teachers creatively customize and implement weekly lesson plans and schedules.
  • Our teachers interact with the children to support play, exploration, and learning.
  • Our teachers communicate appropriately and professionally with parents and fellow staff.
  • Participation in staff and training meetings is expected.
  • Compliance with current governmental regulations and company procedures and policies.
