Palmer Group is working with a professional and reputable law firm in its search for a Litigation Paralegal. Responsibilities:

  • Draft city council proceedings, manage files, anticipate next steps, and follow up with clients as needed
  • Coordinate with outside vendors, experts, or other professionals, which includes process servers as needed
  • Assist in file and case management, scheduling, and calendar management
  • Organize and maintain case files which include indexing and management documents
  • Draft legal documents using attorney-approved forms
  • Conduct research and gather information to assist attorneys
  • Read and accurately prepare legal descriptions, complete service, and communicate with the sheriff's department on administrative hearing matters

Responsibilities:

  • 3+ years of paralegal experience in litigation
  • Real estate experience a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiar with legal descriptions and title opinions preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks with a variety of time-sensitive projects
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines
  • Strong communication skills with both internal and external parties

  • On-Site
  • Monday - Friday
  • 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
