Job Overview
Are you passionate about creating delicious baked goods? We're looking for a Bakery Mixer to join our team in the southwest area of town

Shift: 2:30p - 11 pm Mon-Fri

Responsibilities

  • Mix It Up: Accurately measure and mix ingredients to create the perfect dough and batters.
  • Quality Control: Ensure every batch meets our high standards by monitoring texture, temperature, and consistency.
  • Stay Organized: Keep the mixing area clean, organized, and running smoothly.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the rest of the bakery team to ensure a seamless production process.

Requirements

  • Attention to Detail: Precision is key when it comes to mixing ingredients.
  • Physical Strength: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Team Player: Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a bakery or food production environment is a plus.
  • Certification: Health Card required
  • Slip resistant shoes is a must
  • Follow GMPs: (no jewelry, no watches, no false eyelashes, no acrylic nails, no Neckleses, no earrings)
  • Must be able to pass Competency test
