This position is for a luxury condominium in downtown Seattle. Concierge staff are responsible for the overall operations of the office to ensure the highest level of owner / resident safety, security, and satisfaction. This upscale building provides best-in-class amenities for residents.

This can be a great job for college students. The schedule we are trying to fill is Saturday and Sunday from 8am-4pm- but this could be flexible (maybe). 16 hours per week with opportunity to work more. People with less experience will be started at a lower rate but can be promoted.

Job Duties Include:

• Organization Development

• Coordination of Shift Coverage

• Administrative Management

• Rule Enforcement

• Record Keeping

• Property Safety and Emergency Preparedness

• Communication with Homeowners Association

• Scheduling

• Maintenance and supervision of building access systems

• Supervision of resident parcel delivery

• Amenity scheduling and tracking

• Vendor coordination

• Other duties or special projects, as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

• We prefer experience in residential property and / or staff management

• Must be a clear communicator; written, orally and via the computer

• Please be able to work with a variety of people including owners, residents, the general public, property staff, property management, contractors and service providers.

• Excellent customer service skills are of the utmost importance. A positive and calm attitude must be presented at all times.

• Must be a self starter, able to work independently, while also taking directions from supervisor

• Strong organizational and communication skills, team orientated philosophy, and problem solving skills

• Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of constituent groups such as senior management, peers, owners, renters and outside vendors

• Superior Microsoft Office skills are a must

• Must be professional in appearance and demeanor

• Prior experience as a concierge is preferable

• Must be willing to submit to a background check, and drug test
