Job Description:

As a Lead Sales Specialist at Archetype Permanent Solutions, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and expanding our client base. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented sales professional who will lead our sales team, identify new business opportunities, and foster lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Lead and motivate our sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets by providing guidance, coaching, and support.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients, initiate contact, and develop strategies to secure new business partnerships.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring their recruitment needs are met with excellence.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, including market analysis, competitive positioning, and pricing strategies.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Continuously improve our sales processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Sales Reporting: Generate and analyze sales reports, providing insights and recommendations to optimize sales performance.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of recruitment solutions and meet client expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales leadership or a senior sales role within the recruiting or staffing industry.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of recruitment industry trends and best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred).
