Hiring Range: $21.93 - $27.05 per hour; Pay Range: $21.93 - $32.17 per hour

Candidates hired at .75 FTE (30 hours/week or more) will be paid a $5,000 sign-on bonus Twenty percent (20%) of the bonus is given the first paycheck after the hire date working 2 weeks and then eighty percent (80%) 1 year is completed successfully.
The Medical Assistant demonstrates the Woodcreek core values of integrity, respect, commitment, trust, and self-sacrifice in his or her everyday duties as a member of the healthcare team. The Medical Assistant performs under the supervision of a licensed healthcare practitioner as identified in RCW 18.360.010 (physician, osteopathic physician, advanced registered nurse practitioner, physician assistant, and registered nurse) to assist with direct patient health care, including treatment, self-care instruction, patient education, and administration of medications following the protocols, policies, and procedures for Woodcreek Provider Services.
