Summary:

Elemaster US is actively seeking a THT (through-hole technology) Assembly Associate to join our assembly team. The THT (through-hole technology) assembly associate will be responsible for the assembly of printed circuit boards (PCB). The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the electronics manufacturing industry, a background in THT assembly and preferably SMT assembly as well.

Candidates that will be considered must have at minimum 2 years working in a PCB assembly environment and the skillset to assemble printed circuit boards via THT (through-hole technology) and SMT (surface mount technology).

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/G.E.D
  • Electronics Manufacturing experience (PCB experience)
  • Recognition of electronic components and mounting process
  • Ability to read drawings
  • Soldering experience
  • Experience operating SMT equipment (preferred)

Responsibilities:

  • Perform bench assembly work
  • Ability to accomplish tasks using small hand tools, hand soldering, assembling hardware and handling component insertion with precision.
  • Capable of following instructions and utilizing visual aids when necessary
  • Proficient in operating SMT (surface mount technology) equipment - (preferred)
  • Other duties as assigned by leadership.

Accepting Applications for 2nd shift: Monday to Friday; however, you may be required to work some weekends (Saturday)

  • 2nd Shift Schedule: 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM

  • Physical demands: While performing duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to walk, twist and reach during the workday.
  • Visual Acuity: Specific vision abilities required by the job is the ability to have clarity and sharpness from a distance, when in close view, peripheral awareness (side / peripheral vision), depth perception, ability to adjust focus, and color vision.
  • Work environment: Job duties are performed on the production floor in a factory setting. Noise level in the production work environment is usually minimal.
