We are looking for an Accounting Bookkeeper to join our team You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for our company. Experience in Quickbooks is a must

Responsibilities:

  • Reconciling bank and credit card accounts
  • Entering transactions
  • Processing payroll
  • Making payroll tax payments
  • Filing payroll tax returns
  • Filing sales tax returns
  • Processing Forms 1099
  • Providing a complete trial balance with related workpapers for year end
  • Perform tasks in a timely manner

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in all aspects of QuickBooks Desktop and experience with the use of the software in business accounting
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Team player, with the ability to multi-task, as well as flexible and can work under pressure.
  • Self-starter with good analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem solving
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to maintain quality client relationships as well as co-worker relationships
  • Excellent attendance record
  • Desire to be excellent with highest moral and ethical behavior
