We are seeking a Valve Assembly Technician to manage warehouse operations efficiently, handle technical field service tasks competently, and effectively engage with customers to support sales efforts.

Valve Assembly Technician Responsibilities
  • Overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including assembling valve assemblies, processing customer orders, and ensuring proper cycle testing and documentation.
  • Adhering to safety policies in material receiving, supply coordination, and warehouse movement.
  • Conducting inventory control activities, such as maintaining physical item counts and cycle counts.
  • Performing field service tasks at customer facilities, including installing, calibrating, and repairing actuators and valves.
  • Performing product testing, troubleshooting, and processing returns and evaluations of valves and actuators.
Valve Assembly Technician Position Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in Field service, Warehouse inventory control, and Mechanical assembly
  • Knowledge of hand tools, pneumatic tools, and basic understanding of electricity and wiring.
  • Competency in operating a forklift, hand pallet lift, hand truck, and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, prioritize workload, manage time effectively, and collaborate within a team environment.
  • Providing technical assistance to internal and external customers regarding company products.
  • Availability for up to 10% travel for field evaluation and repair, along with writing comprehensive service call reports.
