 Customer Service Representative with Marketing Support

Responsibilities:
1. Provide exceptional customer service for HVAC inquiries, service requests, and concerns.
2. Assist with managing and creating content for social media platforms to enhance online presence.
3. Coordinate and execute email blasts to engage customers and promote company services.
4. Contribute to the development and maintenance of web content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
5. Utilize Google Analytics to analyze website performance and identify areas for improvement.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement strategies for customer retention and acquisition.
7. Stay informed about industry trends and customer feedback to enhance service offerings.

Requirements:
1. Strong customer service skills and experience in a similar role.
2. Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation and Web design capabilities.
3. Familiarity with email marketing tools and strategies.
4. Basic understanding of web content management.
5. Knowledge of Google Analytics and ability to derive insights.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.

8. Answer incoming calls promptly and assist customers with HVAC inquiries, service scheduling, and related questions.
9. Efficiently schedule HVAC service appointments, coordinating with technicians and ensuring timely responses to customer needs.
