Summary: The HR Manager will play a key role in developing and implementing human resources strategies aligned with the company's goals. This position involves overseeing various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute HR strategies in line with company objectives.
  • Lead recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage employee relations and address any concerns or grievances.
  • Implement performance management systems to drive employee development.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Administer employee benefits programs.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS database.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
