Located in Martinsville, IN, Twigg Corporation manufactures aerospace components for all branches of the armed forces. We pride ourselves on completing all processes in-house by being NADCAP certified in all manufacturing areas while simultaneously complying with all AS9100 Standards. As a Manufacturing Process Engineer, you will have the flexibility to work hands-on with each of these manufacturing areas to fine-tune the product and its processes.

We are seeking candidates with the ability to:

· Plan / Process machining operations by reviewing work orders, blueprints, engineering process sketches, materials, specifications, orthographic drawings, reference planes, locations of surfaces, and machining parameters; interpreting geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T).

· Be able to design work holding, and fixturing for complex Aerospace components to manufacture on CNC and manual Lathes, Mills, Lasers, Welders, and other equipment within a manufacturing facility.

· Analyze drawings, blueprints, and design data to calculate the correct part dimensions for machines, tool selection, machine speeds, and feed rates.

· Be capable of reading and interpreting Instrumentation and gauges, to accurately measure dimensions on machined parts within specified tolerance.

· Effectively navigate SolidWorks 2D &3D

· Ability to work with exotic metals
