Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office and facilitating the CEO's ability to focus on strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and events.

  • Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and other communications on behalf of the CEO.

  • Assist in the preparation and tracking of reports, budgets, and other administrative tasks.

  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.

  • Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation.

  • Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.

  • Assist in special projects and other duties as assigned by the CEO.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • High level of professionalism and interpersonal skills.

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
