We are looking for a Warehouse Material Hander in Grapevine, TX. Under general supervision, the Cell phone repair technician/Material Hander transfers/ships product to customer, repair center and other areas required. Assist other functions within the business unit when required.

Available Shift

• Monday - Friday: 1st and 2nd shift available
• Pay: $14.00-$15.75 depending on experience and position

Warehouse Material Hander Responsibilities/Duties:

• Proven ability and Very Knowledgeable to Train Others
• Is certified to operate all required Material Handling Equipment.
• Proven ability Interface/Negotiate with Support Groups.
• Gather/Analyze data and maintain spreadsheets.
• Proven ability in trouble shooting problems to Root Cause Resolution/Validate and resolve Cycle Count Issues.
• Physically transfers materials to assembly work station, maintains bench stock and handles completed assemblies.
• Locates and transfers part shortages within the plant that may be required for completions of assemblies.
• Verifies and maintains stock documentation and shortage reports.
• May use computer applications to maintain accurate material flow transactions.
• Serve as an educator, communicator, and problem resolution link for all material handling issues.
• Works in a team to address and/or improve material handling issues.
• Identifies training needs and works with staff to ensure needs are consistently met.
• Provides supervision and guidance to assign employees.
• Ability to make objective data based decisions.
• Strong process orientation and ability to understand, define, control, and improve processes.

Education/ Work Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, IFS and UPS/DHL systems. Familiar with International shipping is a plus.
• A minimum of 6 months experience as a Material Handler/in a warehouse environment
• Has demonstrated proficiency in Receiving, Warehouse or Shipping. Is certified to operate some Material Handling Equipment.
• Strong process orientation and ability to understand, define, control, and improve processes.
