Hiring Remote CSR - Customer Service Representatives for a position. You MUST reside in Florida ONLY for this position.

 

This will require only the most professional candidates. Please review the details below and only apply if you can commit to these things.

 

If you meet your metrics you can be converted from temporary to permanent within 4-6 months.

START DATE IS MAY 13th only

 

Remote CSR

  • Must have previous call center experience
  • Must be familiar with call center metrics such as: Average handle time, first call resolution, quality monitoring/scoring/ and ready state; as well as schedule adherence (breaks lunches and work schedule).
  • Must have your own computer equipment. This includes a computer with camera, headset, Smart phone
  • Must have high speed internet
  • Must have a quiet private area in your home to work
  • Must be able to commit to working full time without distractions

 

Schedule:

  • Schedule and Attendance Policy

    Training: 2 weeks classroom training from 9a- 5:30p.

    Nesting: 2 weeks nesting, the nesting schedules will vary depending on what their mentor's schedule is because they will mirror that schedule (between M-F, 7:30 AM – 7:30 PM).

    Regular Assigned Schedule: M- F, 11 AM – 7:30 PM

 

Pay: $14 an hour
